A very friendly and tidy household. We all have busy work/study/social lives and usually catch up in the kitchen or watching tv. We work from home a few days a week, and in the office/uni for the rest.
The room faces the back of the house, and courtyard garden and catches the afternoon sun.
The bathroom shared with 2 housemates.
Location: 10min walk to Brixton and Clapham high street, 25min walk to Battersea Power Station.
Transport: 8min walk to Stockwell station for the Victoria and Northern tube line, 10min walk to Clapham High Street overground.
The room will come furnished with dresser, wardrobe and bed frame (no mattress).
Bills are paid in addition to the rent and are currently £110 per month.
