Spare room in Stockwell – weekday let, £750 including bills

I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room during the week. I live in a lovely period flat in Stockwell, which I've spent a lot of time making feel like home. I'm really into interiors, art and design, so it's a space with a bit of character.

The room comes with a divan bed and built-in cupboard, and you'd have full use of the kitchen and living room. Bills and Wi-Fi are included in the £750 per month, and you'd be able to leave your things here over the weekend.

The location is great, with an easy walk to Stockwell tube for both the Victoria and Northern lines. There's a Co-op two minutes away, a good pub nearby, and an F45 close by too.

A bit about me: I work as Head of Marketing for an international retail group, and outside work I play touch rugby, swim, cycle and run. I'm a singer-songwriter and keen dramatist. I love music, interiors, travelling, art and exploring London, particularly finding good restaurants and independent shops. I'm sociable and easy-going, but also appreciate having my own space, and would love to find someone who feels similarly.

Ideally, I'm looking for another working professional who's considerate, tidy and relaxed to live with. Someone who's looking for a comfortable place to stay during the week rather than a typical full-time flatshare.
