Move in date is Dec 1 2026 and the rent for the big room (bedroom 1) is £925 per month and the smaller room (bedroom 2) is £850 per month plus bills. We also have a cleaner which is an extra £10 per fortnight. Feel free to enquire for one or both rooms!

Our spacious house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a large kitchen with a dining area and a nice private garden. The house lets in a lot of natural light and there is plenty of storage space, including a small cellar.

🚂 10 minute walk to both Stockwell and Clapham North tube stations and just over 10 minute walk to Clapham High Street overground
🌳 About a 15 minute walk to Clapham Common and 25 minute walk to Battersea Park
🛒 Plenty of supermarkets within walking distance, including Sainsbury’s, M&S and Lidl

Flatmates:

Patricia is 29 and works in Estate Planning. She enjoys everything from a Saturday night gig to a peaceful stroll around the common and everything in between. She’s full of random fun facts, loves a good film, beer gardens and is a big fan of a picky bits dinner.

Jacob is 27 and works in Media and Politics. He spends most weekends watching football (is a massive Stoke fan) and also into running, guitar and music. He has also recently got into gardening with questionable levels of success in growing herbs for the kitchen.
