Bright double bedroom : Stockwell/ Clapham North

Hey!

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and easygoing housemate to share a lovely three-bedroom split-level flat in Stockwell / Clapham North.

I’ve recently moved in and am gradually getting everything set up and making the place feel like home.

Location:

The flat is in a great location, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops nearby.

* 7-minute walk to Stockwell station
* 11-minute walk to Clapham North
* 12-minute walk to Brixton
* 20-minute walk to Clapham Common

The flat:

It’s a spacious three-bedroom flat (over 1,000 sq ft) with a separate kitchen/dining area and a lovely upstairs attic living room.

There’s plenty of communal space, so it doesn’t feel like everyone is living on top of each other.

As I’ve only recently moved in, I’m still doing a bit of decorating and making improvements to the place, so it’s a little bit of a work in progress!

About me:

I’m 35, originally from Australia, and work in musical theatre in the West End.

My schedule is a little different from the usual 9–5, as I generally work evenings and weekends.

I’m sociable, enjoy keeping fit, going for coffee, travelling and making the most of London. I love a chat and occasionally doing things together, but equally appreciate having my own space and downtime.

Looking for:

Ideally someone friendly, clean, considerate and easygoing who enjoys a sociable household but is equally happy doing their own thing.

I’d love to create a relaxed, welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable.

Ideally looking for another LGBTQ+ housemate, although ultimately finding someone friendly, considerate and easygoing is the most important thing.

I’m fairly flexible with move-in dates and open to discussing different arrangements for the right person.
