I have a lovely flat I am letting out for a part of the Summer.

It is a 5 min walk from Stockwell tube station conveniently on the Victoria and northern line, there is a 24 hour shop opposite the flat and its about a 7 min walk to vibrant Brixton, 10 min walk to Clapham. There's also a Pret a manger a few mins away.

Supermarkets very close by are Lidl, Sainsburys, Costcutter and in Brixton you have M and S, Tesco another Sainsburys.

There is also a south facing roof terrace and mini conservatory. Really lovely to use in summer.

Prospective guests must:

- Have good references or air bnb reviews
- Be Clean, tidy, quiet, & respectful
