The room itself is a small double but it's bright and clean and is quiet as it's to the rear of the property. The room comes furnished with a good double bed, and wardrobe. There is storage under the bed but would suit some one more who doesnt have a lot of stuff.

A great location both for transport links and amenities all within 10 minute walk. Boasting great pubs, cafes and restaurants for all tastes. Stoke Newington high street and Church Street is approx .10 minute walk one way from the property and Springfield park (Lea valley) and Upper Clapton is about the same distance to the other end.

6 mins walk to Clapton Common for buses towards Manor House, Finsbury Park and Euston or east towards Hackney Central and Whitechapel.

10 mins walk to Stoke Newington overland Station. Trains to Liverpool Street or to Enfield Town

10 mins walk Stoke Newington high street or SN Common for buses to Liverpool St, Waterloo, London Bridge, Algate, Kings X, Oxford St, and Victoria Station or north to Seven Sisters, Tottenham, Wood Green and Edmonton amongst many...
