We have a room going in our beautiful 3 bedroom flat just off Church Street, Stoke Newington. Sharing with two others. The flat is spacious with large kitchen, living room and bathroom. There's also a private outdoor space/garden which has been so fab the past 18 months we've lived here. The bedroom is the largest of the 3 and comes fully furnished, there's even 2wardrobes (fab for couples) but the landlord would take one away if it wasn't needed. Nice big window let's In plenty of light.

We're just off the Main Street in Stoke Newington, church Street, but as we're set back from the road it's super quite. Flat is just less than a 10 minute walk to Stoke Newington Station and no more than half an hour commute into the City with main bus routes passing along the road. The room is available from 20th October but could hold on to the 25th if needed.

Flat is £700 pm if single, 800 if couple. Bills are separate and come to about £60. As a house we're all really close so looking for someone who wants to be part of our little house crew.
