Description
The house is located just off Church Street and we are lucky enough to have a lovely garden, though no living room. The bedroom comes with a mattress, but no other furniture. Our landlady is really lovely and always quick to fix anything when needed.
My housemates are a lovely bunch; all professionals with interests in the arts and literature. There's pretty much someone around whose up for a glass of wine or some dinner together, and we regularly hang out together on the weekend.
Stoke Newington is a wonderful place to live with lots of greats pubs and restaurants. Clissold Park is also a five minute walk away and a great place to spend sunny days.
The room is available from February 10th 2020 and rent is £600 a month with bills coming to approximately £70 - £90 per month on top. There is also a deposit of £841.50.
