Large furnished room in loft conversion on the top floor of my semi-detached home. The present lodger has been here happily for 6 years, and I'm looking for another single professional woman for this quiet, calm and safe women preferred household. There's a beautiful, large, light kitchen/dining room and a shower room shared with one other professional woman. Rent includes all bills, unlimited fast wifi and use of the laundry room on the ground floor.
The house is in a very quiet street with lovely cafes, a bakery, two excellent pubs and a great local store within a 5 minute radius. It's also only 10 minutes' walk to Stoke Newington High St/Church St/Dalston with all the shops, restaurants and culture there. We are also 5 minutes from Clissold Park and the Leisure Centre with a gym, health suite and swimming pool.
There are excellent transport connections. It's only 10 minutes' walk to London Overground at Dalston Kingsland/DalstonJunction or Rectory Road, which will take you to City/ Shoreditch /Stratford and the Victoria or Elizabeth lines. We also have lots of bus connections to Angel, Kings Cross, the City & West End.
