Stoke Newington room

Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over the spare room as my housemate is moving out of London to start a new job. I’d like someone who is respectful, clean and tidy. This is a nice calm flat and not party flat, I try my best to keep it tidy and I’d hope you would too, would be great to not have to decide on who got the last toilet roll.

I work for an architects within the print, based in Battersea. My working hours are 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday. During the week I work hard and then play football every Saturday morning at 8am, occasionally using my season ticket to watch Arsenal play (rare this season) Within newington green we have some wonderful Turkish restaurants and pubs. The flat is located above a Turkish Coffee shop (which is decent) bills are not included but they’re never that big, everything will be split between to two of us. My friend and his wife live above me and we share the water bill between them which works out well. This is a nice safe flat, all of the furniture belongs to myself so i hope that would be respected.
