Decent Double Room in Stokey

Hello!

We have a double room available in a beautiful Victorian house in Stoke Newington. The rent is £772 (including council tax, but not including gas, electricity, water, wifi, and weekly cleaner, which amount to roughly £100 extra a month). The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, desk and chair, and a bookshelf.

The house:

A peaceful household with three professionals (guys in our thirties, working in media, healthcare, and fashion), living in a clean and friendly home. We're looking for a male, ideally, of around the same age.

There's a large kitchen, a cave-like sitting room, a back garden, one bathroom, two toilets, wooden floors throughout, and a fair few mod cons, including wifi, dishwasher, microwave. Street parking available, but permit required and bikes are to be kept outside.

Location:

The house is on a quiet, residential street next to Stoke Newington Common. It's a 10-minute walk to Rectory Road and Stoke Newington overground stations. (15 mins to Liverpool Street and bus routes 149, 73, 76, 106, 243, and 476.)

Stoke Newington Church Street is just a 5-minute walk away, where there are coffee shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants galore. There are also lots of parks close by, with Hackney Downs, Springfield Park, and Clissold Park just around the corner.
