We've just moved into an amazing three bedroom house and have the third room available to rent asap.

The third room is a large bright double unfurnished quiet room. The house has a massive open plan kitchen and lounge which opens up to a large garden with patio. The living area has to be seen it's a great space to feel at home. We have a lovely bathroom and the house is done to a modern spec and everything is new.
The house is on a residential street minutes from Church street and a short walk to Dalston. The nearest station is Stoke Newington which is a 5 minute walk. Many buses including 24hr links are minutes away. The area is so peaceful and close to everything we need.

We are both freelancers and work in the film and TV industry. We want a homely environment and enjoy socialising but also respect private spaces. We are clean and tidy and are planning on making the living area really homely with a large sofa. We have lots of plants and really want a housemate that enjoys sharing this lovely home with us. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and we have an amazing sky light above the living area.
