Beautiful Double Room in Stoke Newington

Situated in the heart of trendy Stoke Newington, in a beautiful, refurbished victorian maisonette featuring a huge garden, a parking space, a spacious living room and a basement, is a great Double Room with a bed, a bookshelf, a clothes rail and a door to the garden.
Sadly, I find myself having to leave my flatshare behind and I would like to find someone nice and kind to replace me with and live with my best friend Laura and her lovely boyfriend Ben.
The area, famous for the bars and restaurants of Church Street (voted best street in London 2018) and the stunning Clissold Park and Abney Cemetery.
I have been very happy here for 10 years and I am sure you will be too!
Bills are very cheap, amounting to less than £50, the broadband super fast optic fibre, a tv with playstation in the living room, a modern, clean bathroom and plenty of storage!
