Room available in really lovely flat for solo person (no couples)

I am the current flatmate who has to leave - my job is re-locating me. I am very sorry to be letting go of this super flat in a great location.

The flat comes unfurnished, but there is a bed in the room (landlords happy to remove if preferred). Current flatmate has some furniture (a sofa, kitchen table).
There is a great terrace, plenty of room for having a few friends over for a bbq. It gets sun all day and is a lovely space.

The room is ensuite with built in wardrobes., wood floors.

There is a separate main bathroom with laundry facilities.

The current flatmate is a friendly frenchwoman who likes to cook, play piano, and enjoy what the neighbourhood has to offer.

It is truly a lovely flat - the kitchen/living area is bright, wooden floors and a pleasant place to hang out.

Looking for someone friendly and considerate.
