Stokey Warehouse - Double Bedroom

We have a double Bedroom available in our lovely Stoke Newington warehouse. Situated just 2 minutes walk from Stoke Newington Overground Station. It's a 20 minute commute into Central London. There are also plenty of bus routes available from just outside the station. We are a short walk away from Stoke Newington's Church Street and Clissold Park.
We are a mixture of freelancers and 9 to 5ers. Not at all fussed about finding a new housemate of a specific age, gender or sexual orientation. Just keen to find a like minded, self aware individual who gets on well with us. There is no natural light in the double bedroom...but you're guaranteed a great night's sleep!
There is a massive communal area, that you are welcome to work from home from. The broadband like the other bills is included in the price of the room.
Ideally looking for someone to fill the room from April 1st. However, the room is currently unoccupied so if you need to move in sooner we could accommodate. Get in touch if you'd like to arrange a viewing. Xxx
