The larger room is priced at £660 pcm and the smaller at £600 pcm. Bills work out at roughly £75 per month. The rooms are available from around mid February.

You will be sharing the flat with an Italian couple in their 30s who occupy the top floor of the building with their own ensuite. The kitchen area is shared.
