Bright Double + office space

Based just off Church Street, the house is affordable and well situated for the local area. Very close to shops and bars in Dalston, Stoke Newington and surrounding areas.
Clissold park is a 5 minute walk, along with Clissold Leisure Centre and the Castle Climbing Centre.
I have lived here for nearly 5 years and am looking to share with someone who enjoys an active life (a climber would be great!), enjoys being sociable but lives a fairly quiet and tidy life mid week!

The house has three bedrooms but I currently share with just one other housemate. We split the cost of everything in two- we each have a bedroom and use the spare room as an office/ storage.
I currently just keep a few things in there and would like to use it if I have anyone to stay with my housemate using it to work from home.

Looking to have the bed replaced with a sofa bed to open up the space a little more.

Id like an independent housemate, but one who’d like to occasionally go out for a drink/ go climbing or life drawing / join in with some other impulsive hobby I’ve taken up. Also up for film nights and relaxing evenings after work!
I am a teacher so would be great to find someone with a similar work routine.
I have a cat too, who is friendly and you will love her!
