Room to let in N16 Maisonette

We have a medium-sized room in our garden maisonette for immediate rent. The room is separate from the rest of the house (up its own staircase), receives a good broadband signal, is quiet and has a nice view of the garden. However, the bathroom, kitchen and sitting room are all shared.

We are a 48 year old professional woman, a retired man and our cat. My husband has Early Onset Alzheimers, While this shouldn't impinge on you on a day-to-day basis, we do have carers and companions coming several days a week. If, however, you would like to be involved in exchange for payment/ rent reduction, then that's also an option.

It's a lovely quiet area with good bus access to Finsbury Park in one direction and Hackney and Bethnal Green in the other. About ten minutes walk from Church Street and Clapton and less than that to Stoke Newington rail station.
