Spacious double room N16

Hi!

We have a spacious room available in a beautiful two bedroom flat . Sharing with a couple. One of us works as an an engineer and one in HR., We both have really busy schedules with the gym but always up for a social. The second room is available from end of Feb. We are looking for someone to take the room long term.
The room comes furnished with bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, bedside table and shelf.

Located on the high street and next door to a tesco. Dalston Kingsland and Rectory Road are within walking distance. I love Stoke Newington and have been living in the area for the past 6 years, its got a cosy vibe and lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs so plenty to do! I find it easy to get to anywhere and feel very safe in the area.

We keep the house tidy and cosy and we want the house to feel like a home, so it is important that you want the same.

Looking for a easy going clean individual. Professionals preferred.

No remote workers sorry! Room is for single occupancy only.
