Lovely Single Room facing a quiet tree lined road in Stoke Newington.

The flat is only 10 minutes’ walk to Church Street with all its fantastic Asian restaurants. 15 minutes’
walk to Clissold Park with great tennis courts. 5 Minutes’ walk to Rectory Road Overground station
which takes 10 minutes to get to Liverpool Street station in the city. And the beautiful Hackney
downs park is right around the corner.

Amenities include a fully furnished living room with large widescreen TV, washing machine, 4 gas
hob with electric oven cooker, toaster, and many decorative plants. There’s also a lovely back garden
which is great for BBQs in the summer, and a nice secluded front garden which is great for everyday
chilling out in the spring and summer months.

You’ll only be sharing with one other person I am an undergraduate student in Economics. The flat is
average in size so would be great if we got on well and help each other out at times: i. e. taking turns
to buy common necessities, cooking together, similar interests for the TV, odd beer or wine. I am not
a Veggie! So would be great if you are too although obviously not a deal breaker!
All the office furniture in the single room will be moved out for more space of course.
