Gorgeous Bright Bedroom w/ Ensuite & Walk in Robe

I’m looking for someone to take my room while I’m working in Australia.

This bright and airy loft bedroom is fully furnished and comes with its own ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe — which also works brilliantly as a home office. The rest of the flat is spacious too, spread across the top two floors of a large converted Victorian house, with shared use of a landscaped garden. Altogether, the flat is 130 sqm, with a separate kitchen and living room.

Both the main bathroom and the ensuite have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. Please forgive the extremely ugly sofa in the photos — it’s due to be reupholstered, but it’s huge and unbelievably comfortable in the meantime.

My housemate of ten years just moved out (which surely proves my mum’s point that I’m a delight), so their room is also being repainted and will soon be up for rent. The third bedroom will also be available shortly, once its renovations wrap up this month.

It has always been a friendly, easygoing flat on a lovely residential street (very friendly neighbours), just a five-minute walk from Church Street with its cafés, restaurants and pubs. We’re also five minutes from Stoke Newington Overground (Oxford Circus in under 30 minutes), and there are plenty of nearby bus routes.

The monthly rate includes all bills, broadband and a fortnightly cleaner.
