I am looking for someone to rent this room ASAP. The room comes full furnished with a comfortable double bed, desk, mirrors, and a MASSIVE Monstera that will only need a little bit of TLC.
There will be a lovely couple living in the house during this time! They are working professionals and are looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s to connect with. One is working in the creative industry as a filmmaker and the other is working in Offshore wind energy. The house itself has a huge outdoor space, cozy living room and large kitchen.
There is also a darling woman in her mid 20s working for Fulham who cooks a delicious paella and is incredibly friendly.
The place is a 4-5 minute walk from Stoke Newington Church Street, a 15 minute walk from Clissold Park and is connected to the overground through Rectory Road and Stoke Newington stations.
Please let me know if you'd like to organize a viewing.
The room comes with a bed, dresser and desk. However, I'll be visiting in January to pick up the rest of the furniture to move out!
