First floor flat in a Victorian mansion block right by Newington Green. The location has excellent bus connections to Angel, the West End, the City and London Bridge, and direct buses to several major train stations. Canonbury overground station is a short walk away with connections across the city. There are loads of lovely cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby and in neighbouring areas (Dalston, Hackney, Highbury and Islington).

The flat consists of a very spacious kitchen+dining/living space, a separate living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. My room is a good-sized (King size) quiet room at the back of the flat, with plenty of hanging space and drawers. The second bedroom is a double room at the front of the flat- it has secondary glazing so you aren't disturbed by noise from the road. There is a small communal garden at the back.

The flat has lots of character and I LOVE living here but I am out of town with work for a few months. I'm looking for people to enjoy and take care of my flat and make themselves at home whilst I’m away.
