Short term studio flat in Stoke Newington BillsINC

Hello dears, I am subletting my wonderful basement studio flat for 5 weeks, from the 18th of February until the 24th of March.

It is situated in the heart of Stoke Newington, many shops and amenities on the doorstep and Rectory Road Overground at 4 min walking, and a bus stop in front of my house, with many buses that take you central in 30 min.

As you can see from the pictures, it is a massive studio space of 45sq m with high ceilings, The house is super quiet, and beautifully furnished and you will also have access to the garden which it is shared with the neighbors that live above. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Bills are included in the rent. My home is a place full of good vibes and happiness, so I am looking to rent it to someone that will bring positivity and respect to it, that will love it and keep it clean as much as I do. You will find everything you need to be comfortable, from plates to hoover and I will remove all my clothes so you will have space for your things in the wardrobe.

This ad is for one person only (no couples) and I am only renting it to someone that wants to stay from the 18th of February until 24th of March. This ad is preferably for professionals in their 30's or above, and as much as I love fun, this is not a party house - I respect the peace and quiet of my neighbors with whom I have a great relationship.
