My flatmate is relocating and there is a spare double room in the apartment.

The room - It is very bright with a double glass window that fully opens and no buildings directly in front. It comes unfurnished, all objects in the room pictures will go. The room is in very good condition, the walls have been painted and the carpet has been replaced very recently, no shoes have stepped on it!

Me - You will be sharing the flat with me, a mid-30s professional. I am quite active and in my free time, I regularly go climbing at the gym or practise yoga or training at home, if I’m not around I am probably cycling somewhere! Sometimes I also like to have a good read on the sofa or on the terrace in the sun. I am sociable and I enjoy having conversations and sharing ideas while having a bite or a drink. I also love cooking, experimenting and trying new recipes. During the week I work from home most of the days, spending many hours in my room, and the living room during breaks. I would like the flat to remain a quiet, tidy and uncluttered place where we both can be comfortable, feel at home, chill and relax. I have long experience of sharing houses and rooms with other people, both females and males.

You - I am looking for someone (gender doesn't matter) who wants to be part of the house, tidy and able to clean after her/himself (this point is very important!), altruism and generosity among your values, environmentally friendly with an understanding of the importance of recycling, energy-saving and multi-culturally sensible. Ideally, you will be looking for a place to call home and not just a place where to sleep. Also, a bonus if you have a green thumb, so you can help maintain the little terrace garden, and you must like light rainbows! :)

The Flat - well...It is just amazing, south facing with a lot of light coming in from the big windows and a lot of space for moving around, practising yoga or other hobbies. We are not far from church street and in a few minutes walking you can reach bus stops to go anywhere.

Key info - The move-in date would be the latest 18th March, but earlier can also be. Rent per month is £800 + ~£100 bills (internet/gas/electricity). The deposit is £922.5 safely held in a deposit scheme. You will be also included in the contract and therefore you will have to undergo all the checks from the agency.
