THE FLATMATE
You’d be sharing with me, the owner of the flat. I’m 50, a social researcher and part-time psychotherapy student. I’m friendly, sociable and go out quite a lot but like quiet time when I’m at home. I’m clean and tidy.

I’m looking for someone similar. I work from home so would prefer someone who mostly works outside the home.

Spacious and bright two-bedroom flat on the second and third floors.

Large, bright double room with a mezzanine sleeping area. On the lower level there’s a sofa, coffee table, chair, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Newly decorated – flooring, painted walls.

THE LOCATION
Quiet, modern development just off Church Street, with all its independent bars/pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Beautiful Clissold Park is opposite and the Clissold Leisure Centre (gym, swimming pool, courts) around the corner, both just a couple of minutes’ walk away. Woodberry Wetlands and Abney Park Cemetery are nearby for any nature lovers…

TRANSPORT
Quick and easy access to Islington, Finsbury Park, King’s Cross, Dalston, Shoreditch, Old Street and The City/central London. Nearest tube stations are Arsenal (15 mins walk), Finsbury Park (20 mins walk). Canonbury overground is 15 mins walk. Bus stops for buses 141, 341, 476 and 73 are minutes away.
