I am subleting my beautiful large and bright room in our 4 bedroom 3 story house on a quiet road in Stokey from the 8th of November until the 7th of December as I will be on holidays. Ideally I'd like to sublet to a female in full time employment who is not working from home.

-Rent (bills included) £800 per month
- Spacious bathroom upstairs with gorgeous bathtub and downstairs loo
- Large garden with pond and patio
- Large kitchen with dining space and separate living room
- The room is big.

- Close to high street and Church street with shops and transport links
- Rectory Road overground 5 minutes' walk, Dalston overgound ~ 10 mins away by bus
- Clissold park is 20min walk
- There’s a gym and a yoga studio in a 5 min walking distance.

The room is fully furnished - has a wardrobe, a double bed, chest of drawers.


The house is clean and tidy as we are all into maintaining a healthy and comfortable condition for all. We are looking for someone who shares similar cleaning standards.

- Current flatmates are easy going and sociable but very much independent. All professionals in different fields (tech, hospitality and arts) in their early 40s.
-We do hang out and spend time together and we would like to maintain a welcoming and warm place.
- Impromtu gatherings in the garden are commonplace in the warmer months.
- We are into sports, yoga, meditation, breathwork, festivals, cooking, healthy living, gaming, interior design, traveling and a bunch of other stuff. We all share the love for exploration and adventure.
