Hello! We are two young professionals looking for someone nice and considerate to join us in our super clean, homely flat in an awesome location in Stoke Newington. If you're looking for a nice temporary home, keep reading :)

About us.
Sabina - Hey! I'm Slovakian and I work as an EA. I go to the office 3 times a week and 1 work from home 1 day a week. I love plants, drawing, writing, reading books, going to the cinema, travel etc. I'm quite a home body; so looking for someone considerate and respectful.

Katrina - Hi, I'm Katrina, I am an office manager at a tech software company based in Oval. I love movies, crocheting and salsa. I am sociable but I am more of a home body, so would definitely be looking for someone to respect that.

We enjoy hanging out together (e. g. watching movies or gossiping) but we’re also very independent and like to spend a lot of time solo too.

Who are we looking for….
We’re looking for someone extremely clean, considerate, responsible, and easy-going; someone who would treat our flat as their home too.

(We were really scarred by our previous flatmate... Hence repeating so many times that we're looking for someone considerate, super clean and who would care about the state of the flat.)

About the room
The room is bright and a good size; facing north-east; and it's on the lower floor of our flat. It is very cozy and it's has got the largest window in the flat with an amazing view of Clissold Park. It's comes partially furnished with a brand new bed (plus a new mattress), brand new clothes rail, also three shelves, some ceiling hooks, a table, a chair, a bedside table and curtains. We can throw in one spider plant as a welcome gift :)

(Note from Sabina: I lived in this room for 6 years and I absolutely love it. I often miss reading on the windowsill.)

About our flat
The flat is made up of one bedroom next to the living room downstairs (this is the room that's available), with the two remaining bedrooms upstairs. There’s a large living room with a balcony overlooking Clissold Park. The kitchen and bathroom (with shower only) are quite small, so we definitely need someone super clean and considerate about the shared spaces. We have a larger fridge, a smaller freezer, an oven, a microwave and a good washing machine in the kitchen. There's a decent amount of storage space in the flat too, with one cupboard under the stairs and a small store room upstairs.

About the location
We're literally next to Clissold Park, so you get to enjoy the view of the park from the balcony. We are located a 2 minute walk from Church Street and Stoke Newington Town Hall and the library. The High street is a 7 minute walk from our place. Abney Park Cemetery and West & East Reservoir are also crazy close by.
