🏡 About the flat:

We have a furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table) double bedroom with en-suite bathroom available in a 3 bed top floor flat share in Stoke Newington/Stamford Hill. There is a living room/dining area with an open plan modern kitchen.

📍Location:

The flat is 15mins walk from Manor House (Piccadilly Line) and 10mins walk from Stoke Newington and Stamford Hill Overground Stations. It is right next to Woodberry Wetlands and a 10 min walk from Church Street and a 15 min walk from Clissold Park.

⭐️ About us:

Anna (29 yrs) works in publishing and Nick (26 yrs) works in product design. We sometimes eat together, watch tv and hang out in the flat after work, but we also like our quiet time during the week. At the weekend we’re both out and about for most of it, but sometimes have friends round for dinners/pres and go on the odd night out or to festivals!

We’ve lived in the flat for two years so would love to live with someone like-minded and up for making new mates (rather than just co-habiting)! We’re looking for someone who's got a 9-5 (so we have similar lifestyles/schedules) and in their mid-late 20s! Also a clean, respectful and easy-going person too.
