The room has a good sized wardrobe and a desk in it so you can work from home (with Sky superfast broadband too and Sky TV). Rent is inclusive of bills and a cleaner who comes once a week. I also have a slightly smaller double room available at slightly lower rent - message me for details.

Looking for someone who is mature, considerate and kind. Someone who is gentle in nature (not a door slammer or too heavy handed) and tidy. Lovely if you’d like to have chats in the kitchen over a cup of tea or glass of wine, and can have a giggle from time to time but completely fine if you are more introverted and want your space. The house is big enough to provide this, with a sofa in both the kitchen and the living/TV room.

Ideally looking for a 3-6 month rental with the potential to extend if it works really well.
