Spacious double bedroom within a victorian period property stylishly decorated throughout.

Situated in the heart of Dalston, a stones throw from Dalston Kingsland Overground, beautiful Clissold Park, great food shops, farmers markets, bars and restaurants.

The room has a good sized wardrobe and a desk in it so you can work from home (with Sky superfast broadband too and Sky TV!). Rent is inclusive of bills and a cleaner who comes at least once a week. I also have a slightly smaller double room available at slightly lower rent - message me for details.

You will be sharing with myself and three others. Im a 36 year old female who works in fashion and as an executive coach on the side. Self development and spirituality is important to me and I spend my spare time swing dancing and playing tennis, as well as reading and doing interior design moodboards into the night.

Im looking for someone who is quiet, considerate and kind (preferably female but not set on this). Someone who is gentle in nature (not a door slammer or too heavy handed) and tidy. Lovely if you’d like to have chats in the kitchen over a cup of tea or glass of wine, and can have a giggle from time to time but completely fine if you are more introverted and want your space. The house is big enough to provide this, with a sofa in both the kitchen and the living/TV room.

Ideally looking for a 1-3 month rental with the potential to extend if it works really well.
