Double room available in the heart of Stokey

Brilliant double room available, starting September 6th (semi-flexible on move-in dates).

The room is a spacious double-sized bedroom on the basement level, partially furnished (bed).

The apartment: Beautiful new build situated in the heart of Stoke Newington, it's split across two floors (Basement and ground level). The large bright living room and open-plan kitchen are south-facing and lead out to the balcony and garden.

Walking distance to local shops and supermarkets, Church Street (5 min walk), Dalston Kingsland Station (10min walk) and most importantly lots of local pubs.

Current tenants: There are three of us currently living in the house, we're all working professionals, and two of us work from home. We are both friendly and social and like to hang out but are also respectful of each other's privacy.

A bit about us, Rupert (37, English) and Aurelia (31, French) are both working professionals, who wfh 2-3 days a week. We're both easygoing, like going to the pub, enjoy going to festivals together, cooking banging dinners (Rupert cooks, Aurelia eats). Looking for someone who is on a similar wavelength.

Matt is, unfortunately, leaving us to go live his best life in South London :(

Ideally, we are looking for someone who's easygoing, loves a BBQ, and a good ol' fashioned knees up on occasion.
