Beautiful Flat on Stoke Newington Church St

About the flat:

The flat is in a great location on Stoke Newington Church St, right next to Clissold Park and on a street bustling with cute cafes, bakeries and traditional pubs.

The room has a double bed and decent storage. There is a large living room, a decent sized kitchen with all utilities and most importantly a beautiful roof terrace just for us. The bedroom is the medium of the three, so we have adjusted the rent accordingly. The room is has a bed, dresser, and a nightstand which the current tenant, Claire, would be willing to sell.

About you:

We're just looking for someone nice and friendly, considerate of noise and mess, who wants a place to treat as home. We're both good friends, like to hang around the house together, but also have our own things going on, and we'd like someone similar! We both like to get out and about, go to pub quizzes, have a drink every now and then, but we don't bring it home. Though of course, having friends over for a meal or whatever is totally fine (and the occasional house-party or bbq!)

About us:

James, 33, originally from Cheshire, and have lived all over the place but been based in London for the past 3 years. I work in software/data engineering, and play drums in a couple of bands on the side. I also like to sing/play guitar, climb/gym/yoga, read, and watch films.

Rory, 28, from Brighton, working in London as a graphic designer for the FT. He's into football, tennis, and is a talented artist (my words, not his).

Practical info:

Move in date: earliest 16th June, and latest end of June.

Bills/council tax works out around £130 per month each.

£35-40k+ salary required for landlord checks
