6 weeks short-let in Stoke Newington

Hi there,

I have a great one-bedroom flat on Allen Road in Stoke Newington that I'm renting out for six weeks (13th December to 24 January) while I'm away.

The flat is suitable for one person. You are welcome to use the sheets, the TV, kitchen stuff etc.

This flat is in a great location in Stoke Newington with a short walk to Clissold Park and Newington Green. There are lovely cafes and pubs close by. Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations are 15 mins walk away and there are buses to Angel, Kings Cross and beyond from Newington Green, which is 6 mins walk away.

The flat has a great open plan kitchen and lounge area with workspace (with standing desk) if needed. Kitchen uses gas and everything works well. There is a neighbour upstairs who is very nice and helpful. Any questions let me know.

I will make sure there is some space in the wardrobe and cupboard for your clothes. I will tidy the place before I go and just ask that it is left tidy when I return.
