The flat is a short stroll from Church Street (The Good Egg is just at the top of the road) and the Clissold Park. It’s a great spot and it has a fantastic balcony which overlooks the top of the trees in Abney park.

The flat would suit someone who wants to put their stamp on the home as it’s unfurnished.

The bills come out around £400 a month.

The room is unfurnished too and has shared access to a bathroom with bath and shower over.

Important: please note, I am leaving the flat and taking all living room and bedroom furniture with me. The person moving in would be welcome to bring furniture with them. This can be discussed with current tenant.
