Sublet available in a cosy bedroom in a shared house with 3 other mid 30s professionals. Two musician/educators and one in arts/arts admin. 1 Irish (M), 1 English (M) and 1 Costa Rican/American (F).

A peaceful, quiet, tidy & friendly household seeking a fourth person! You'll be sharing with 3 busy and respectful professionals who are always happy to chat and socialise when we get the chance.

The house is over two floors with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, and a garden/patio area which is lovely in the summer.

Bills usually end up around £120pcm each including electric, gas, internet, council tax & water.

We have a house cleaning schedule that we follow.
