The flat is spacious and light. It has an open-plan kitchen lounge with a large concertina window which can be fully pulled back - great for sunsets in summer!

Located on a quiet street 5 minutes walk from Clapton, Hackney Downs and Stoke Newington Church Street. Good transport links plenty of buses and 2 minutes from Rectory Road Station. (Also directly opposite a shop.)

We are two young professionals looking for a lovely new flatmate. We have love travel, food, performing arts and especially music - and are keen to find someone who shares these interests. Being green is also important.

We like the house to be tidy and homely, and are looking for someone who is considerate of this. We're also looking for someone sociable and up for doing the housemate things!
