Lovely Bedroom at Church Street

Hi there,

My housemate is moving back to Korea, so I’m looking for a new flatmate. I’m an architect working from home, and I live with my 6-year-old son.

I have a single room (it has an Ikea Hemnes single-day bed. Just pull out the bed base and you get a double bed). The room is bright and decent in size. The flat has two bedrooms and a living room with an open-plan kitchen

It is essential for me that the person who hires the room is clean, tidy and is fine with sharing the flat with us. It’d be better for me if you’re not working from home

The flat is located on the first floor and in a unique location. It is right in the heart of Church Street and has access to everything you need. Stoke Newington Church Street is very popular with local cafes, bars, and shops.

Bus stop in front of the building. Direct bus to Oxford Circus, Angel, Highbury & Islington, King Cross, Kentish Town
