Stoke Newington short term let av May/Jun 2024!

Hello guys,

I am looking to go away for about a few weeks this May/June 2024 and my flat in Stoke Newington N16 is therefore going to be available for rent for a couple of weeks. Dates can be flexible, we can come to an arrangement.

It is a lovely stylish studio 1 bed, located just by Clissold Park and has lots of natural light. Includes kitchen facilities, a piano, couch, desk, balcony with chairs, washing machine and dryer rack, lamps, bathroom with shower, small bath basin, plus working internet. Great bus access into central London and walking distance to Stoke Newington village, Highbury, Dalston and Islington. Nice cafés and amenities in Stokey!

We would agree the minimum rental period and quite possibly extend upon negotiation for a few extra weeks.

It is £390 pw, which includes bills. Ideally looking for someone to take commit to 1-2 weeks, potentially shorter or longer. Amount agreed would have to paid upfront.

Ideal person would be someone who is neat, trustworthy and that I could meet in person and hand the key to before departing.
