I’m a 30 year old young professional looking for a flatmate as my flatmate is moving into their own place! I have been living here in Stoke Newington for four years and live on a beaut and quiet road with a pub, bakery, shop and yoga studio. I work from home Mondays and Fridays, try to have quiet weeks but like to party on the weekend.
Looking for someone between the age of 27-34, a young professional (9-5) and no couples (sorry)! Longer term let only.
The spacious double room is located on the lower ground floor beside mine, with a shared bathroom. The room has lots of storage space and a built in desk. We have a huge garden and a front terrace which gets the sun all day.
Flexible moving in date the room is available from now. Rent price is not inclusive of bills (around £220 p/m - less in Summer).
