I am subletting my modern ensuite bedroom in the heart of Stoke Newington. The room has access to private garden and is very quiet.
The apartment is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with a garden; 5 minutes from Stoke Newington station and next to Stoke Newington Common park.
Church Street and Clissold Park are a 10 minutes walk.
You would be sharing the apartment with one more person.
Looking for someone relaxed, tidy and easy to live with.
This is essentially not a party flat so someone that enjoys a chilled atmosphere at home after work is welcomed.
There is plenty of communal space in the flat and a garden to enjoy outdoors in London summertime months.

Your room is an ensuite room and all bills are included in the price.
