Double room

Right now, we have been here for a year so all the rooms are nicely furnished and there is a homely vibe. There are some genuinely lovely people here and I want to continue in that style.
We've just had two housemates get engaged and get their own place so this is where the magic happens.

We have a full living room with ample space to be yourself. The kitchen has more than enough space for shared and personal storage.
The room has an adjacent shower room/toilet with access to additional full bathroom and single toilet, there's never a que. Pictured is the room before and during current tenancy.
We have a good size rear garden and will be growing things. Your input is welcome.

We have plenty of side tables, lamps and mirrors to make the place your own.

Contracts are flexible in line with upcoming tenant reforms, move dates, I would like to be soon 👍
