Room with bathroom in Highbury

Our housemate is moving out due so we are looking for someone to join our flat.

The room available is a double room with its own bathroom (not en-suite) with a big built in wardrobe (the flat has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is ideal). The bedroom is spacious.

Our flat is in Canonbury/Stoke Newington/ Clissold, on the Hackney/ Islington border. The location is amazing, the flat is located off a beautiful residential street and is a minute from Clissold Park and Church Street.

The flat is in a gated new build with a 24 hour concierge. It is quiet, safe, well insulated.

There is a large open plan living room / kitchen and 2 outdoor courtyards/ pavement spaces.

The room comes partly furnished (includes a bed and mattress which was new at the start of September this year).



Housemates:
Laura (26) works in law and Maya (24) works in fashion. We both work WFH 1 and sometimes 2 days a week. We are looking for someone who has a similar hybrid working routine (not wfh full time).

We enjoy cooking, Netflix, chilling together, watching tv in the eve, walks, fitness, gardening, reading, restaurants, visiting markets/shopping.
 We are looking for someone like minded.
We enjoy meeting new people, but also we are busy people and have our own friends.

We keep the flat in extremely good condition. Having a very clean and tidy flat is important to us, so please only message if you are very clean and tidy.
