Two double beds in Stoke Newington, Garden

Hi, we need two new flatmates to replace the others who are moving out, move in will be Sep 7th at the latest, possibly earlier. One room is definitely completely furnished, the other was furnished by our flatmate so, not sure what will remain and may need new furnishings, the letting agents are usually happy to help a bit there but, not with the best stuff in the world…

The house was a five-bed, we’ve turned one bedroom into a living room. You’ll have room comfortably for a desk, clothing storage and drawers. The room comes furnished with a bed, not entirely sure what other furnishings remain after our flatmate moves yet, likely a cupboard and desk at least.

For clarity, I’m the lead tenant and our lease runs for a year from Sep 7th after we renew. Rent £800 pcm currently and remaining unchanged.

Located between Stoke Newington (12m walk) and Stamford Hill (7m walk) overground stations, Seven Sisters is a 10m bus ride north and you can bus down to Dalston or London Bridge straightforwardly from the end of the road.

I’m (Asad) 30 years old and from Manchester, but I’ve lived in London nearly a decade now after coming down for an ill-advised maths degree. Now work in TV news producing financial journalism, which is I enjoy more than maths.

Diego is a 29 year old Mexican artist that has been living in London for three years after coming to complete a degree in music. Currently he works on his band project, playing gigs in London, Paris and wherever the music takes him, and other part time jobs.

We’ve lived in a balanced house, gender wise, but are open-minded as to whether to replace the outgoing Lizzie and India with guys/gals/theys.

We’re sociable, respectful, conscientious and would like to share with people who is similarly conscientious and pleasant to share a house with. People who are respectful, tidy, independent and nice.

Message and tell us about yourself - no couples or pets (even tho we have nothing against pets (or couples)) I’m afraid. Don’t mind smokers, just mind smoking cigs in the house. If you come as a pair of mates, then that’s fine by us.
