Double bed in Stoke Newington, Garden

Hi, we need one new flatmate to replace one of the others who is moving out, move in will be around May 1st.

The house was a five-bed, we’ve turned one bedroom into a living room. You’ll have room comfortably for a desk, clothing storage and drawers. The room comes furnished with a bed, not entirely sure what other furnishings remain after our flatmate moves yet.

For clarity, I’m the lead tenant and our lease runs another 4 months. Rent £750 pcm, deposit £750.

Located between Stoke Newington (12m walk) and Stamford Hill (7m walk) overground stations, Seven Sisters is a 10m bus ride north and you can bus down to Dalston or London Bridge straightforwardly from the end of the road.

I’m (Asad) 28 years old and from Manchester, but I’ve lived in London nearly a decade now after coming down for an ill-advised maths degree. Now work in TV news producing interviews relevant for financial journalism, which is more advised.

Diego is a 27 year old Mexican artist that has been living in London for three years after coming to complete a degree in music. Currently he works on his band project, playing gigs in London, Paris and wherever the music takes him, and other part time jobs.

Lizzie’s just dropped a PhD in English to pursue a career in film instead, leaving the leafy environs of Oxford for the leafy environs of Stoke Newington. She loves hanging around with her friends in the neighbourhood. She loves having a cup of earl grey in the garden when she wakes up, and has an affinity for daal.

We’re sociable and respectful and would like to share with someone who is conscientious and nice to share a house with. People who are respectful, tidy, independent and pleasant.
