I have a double room available in my beautiful, homey and spacious Stoke Newington home available from the 1st May.

The bedroom is available to sublet for three months with potential to extend past July if needed. It comes furnished with a double bed and a built in wardrobe and is £950 per month with bills included.

The room is extremely spacious, with beautiful views of the street and the back of Abney Park, it can also fit two desks and there is plenty and wardrobe space and room for storage.

The house has many great ammenities including a large living / dining room and kitchen, it also has a seperate toilet downstairs and a courtyard (perfect for summer).

The place is located in a very quiet area nestled behind Abney Park. It is a 3 minute walk to Stoke Newington Overground Station and the 67, 76, 106, 149, 243, 476 busses all run from the bus stop outside the station.

The house is a 5 minute walk away from a large Morrisons and 15 minutes from Clissold Park and Leisure Centre. It’s also in a perfect location to enjoy all the things Dalston and Hackney have to offer.

I am seeking another young professional that are outgoing, sociable, clean and enjoy a mix of time together and outside the house.

About me:
I am 31 years old and from Australia, I have been living in London for roughly 7 years now and work in consulting. I am a clean, social and easy going person and love going to gigs, cycling, cooking and traveling in my spare time.
