There is enough room for another small set of draws or a working desk. The room looks on to a nice well kept back garden which gets plenty of light through its double glazed sash windows.

This is a large two bed ground floor flat which is part of a house. It is fully equipped and has everything you’d need with a large kitchen, bathroom, utility room, outdoor space, cellar and lots of storage.

Transport - i am walking distance to cannonbury and Dalston over ground, the 73 bus to central London and the 141 to London Bridge is at the top of the street. It’s also a short bus ride to Manor House station to pick up the Piccadilly line.

Area - The area has the amazing Clissold Park which is a two minute walk away. Church street for all your shops, cafes and great pubs. Newington green for endless coffee, cakes and a nice wine. It really is a great location.

Me - This place is my home and I’d love to share it with you. I’m self employed, I work as a personal trainer and boxing coach so I’m out and about with that. This is a place to come back to and relax, it’s not a party house. I feel London is crazy enough that when I come home its a clean, tidy and harmonious place. I love to cook, chill, watch movies and just relax. Well up for chats (I’m a northerner) so we love to chat and I’m also happy to just do our own thing.
