Hey lovely people, our fab housemate is sadly leaving us 🥲, BUT it means we’ve got a room up for grabs!

Our house is just off Church St in Stoke Newington (nr the auld shillelagh), we’re very lucky with a front AND back garden so green fingers are a plus.

It’s a cosy double but there’s in-built storage in the room and loads of space around the house.

Rent and bills combined are £900 per month (bills come out to approx £120 a month inc shared cleaning kitty/oddbox/giant loo roll order). No couples soz.

You’d be sharing with Biddy and myself, both early 30s - Biddy is a production manager in events and I work in campaigns for charities. We love a communal homey vibe and make sure we look after each other, so looking for someone on the same wavelength to join the fun.
