Friendly house share close to Dalston

Hello,
We are Cecilia, Marina and Richard and are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly house share. We have been living here for over two years and our friend is sadly leaving.

About the house
This is a really nice cozy house with a large living room (with a fireplace!) and dining area, open kitchen, a patio and a big garden with a shed if you need space for a bike. We share one bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a small guestroom that can fit up to 2 people if you want to host friends/family.

We are advertising for the largest room on the ground floor, which is very spacious, with plenty of natural light and comes furnished. The communal spaces also have everything you could possibly need (including a fully equipped kitchen if you are a keen cook!).

We also have access to a beautiful allotment behind the garden (a shared communal plot where we can grow veggies, herbs etc).

Bills come to around £100 per month (including utilities, council tax, internet and a cleaner every week).

The house is right in between Dalston, Stoke Newington and Clapton, a 2 minutes' walk to Hackney Downs park and 5 minutes walk to Stoke Newington High Street which is full of shops and restaurants.

The closest overground station is Rectory Road, but Dalston Kingsland/Junction are only 15 minutes walk away. There are lots of buses that take you to Shoreditch, Angel and central London.

About us
Ceci and Marina know each other from playing volleyball in a local team and Richard joined us last year. Cecilia is a lawyer in immigration and asylum field. Marina is a design engineer and part time master student. Richard works in education. We mostly work from the office but sometimes from home. In our free time, apart from playing volleyball, we also spend time outdoor, hiking, gardening or chilling in Hackney Downs. We travel quite a bit but we also like to have friends and family over from time to time. We are friends and like to hang out as a house sometimes but we also like our own space.

We like to keep the house a tidy, clean, comfortable space and everyone does their bit to help. We do also have a cleaner who comes every week.

About you
We are looking for a nice, respectful person who cleans after themselves and takes care of communal spaces. We are looking for someone who is happy to hang out occasionally, for a dinner or a drink at the local pub. Ideally, we would also like someone who loves gardening and is willing to help out in the allotment. We would prefer someone who works from the office at least a few days a week.

The landlord requires credit checks and references.

The room is available from early November.

We are having viewings on the first two weeks of October.
