Cosy room in beautiful house

The location really doesn't get much better, with local shops on our doorstep and Clissold Park being less than 10 minutes away on foot.

The Overground is also within a 10 minute walk and several bus routes mean we're well connected. Finsbury Park and Seven Sisters tube station (Piccadilly / Victoria line) are roughly 20 minutes away.

We are lucky enough to have a large, private garden , a very large kitchen and bathroom and a separate living room. There's a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a fortnightly cleaner and bills are currently £130 p/m each. The room has a wardrobe in the hallway for storage.

We're all in our 30s and professionals in varied industries. Josh works as a copywriter, Tom as a behavioural specialist for schools and Clare works as a post-doc researcher. We are peaceful during the working week and not a party house but do have friends over for a few drinks. We are creative, sociable and enjoy spending time together in the evenings but also very much like our own space so are looking for like-minded people!

We're looking for the obvious traits - clean and tidy, friendly yet independent and happy to be in a sociable household.
