Description:
Large ground floor 3 bed maisonette in Stoke Newington situated 15 mins walk from Manor House, Finsbury Park and Stoke Newington Stations. Available from 1st December.
The flat has a large kitchen diner, with in house bike storage, and a separate living room. The decor is a bit dated and certainly not going to win any prizes for interior design, but keeps the rent low!
The flat is a short walk from Clissold park, the reservoirs and Church street so lots of local green space and amenities.
The room is a small double with a nook suitable for a wardrobe or small desk and two windows. There is an additional cupboard in the hall shared with another room with clothes hanging space and shelves. There is also a cupboard under the stairs shared with the house. The room is unfurnished.
About us: We are a reasonably quiet house but do sometimes host dinner parties or film nights with friends. Probably not the place for house parties though! We are pretty tidy and try to share cleaning jobs with each other.
You will be sharing with me, James (he/him), 28, work in urban design/architecture for a local authority and Vicky (she/her), 28 architect. Vicky’s boyfriend occasionally stays with us, but he lives in the Netherlands, so this is very rare. We like music (big 6music fans), going to galleries, theatre, swimming at the lido, cooking together sometimes, cycling, growing tomatoes by the front door and chilling out watching a box set.
We only WFH 1/2 days per week and are ideally looking for someone similar to save on bills etc.
We are hoping to find someone similar, preferably queer, to join our home. Please get in touch if you are interested or have any questions!
