Hey! I’m Tanahya and I’m looking for a new wholesome flat mate for this absolutely luscious flat in Stoke Newington.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s truly my home. It’s located in a gorge house which is split into 4 flats. The neighbours are also wonderful people!

It’s a 4 minute walk from Stoke Newington station and a 12 min walk to Rectory Road station.

Church Street is a 5 min walk filled with adorable pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants. We’re also 5 mins from a big Morrisons, a little Sainsburys and Tesco - the area truly has everything you need!

Transport is easy via buses straight in Shoreditch, up to Seven Sisters for Victoria Line or straight to Liverpool Street from Stoke station.

I’m 28 and work full time as a hair stylist. I live going to gigs and raves but this isn’t a party flat, I like my home to be homely. I like cooking but with working late I don’t as much as I would like. I’m also trying to get into fitness so would love some good influences!
I’m very clean as was my previous housemate so there’s a standard for sure on how communal spaces are kept to keep it lovely for all of us.

I’d love to be a friendly house and be able to go out for a drink and stuff yunno!

Tenants transfer me their share of bills before the 1st of every month.

Bills come to around £100/£150 a month depending on gas and electric usage
£950 +bills
